Valerie Gouse – Pianist
William Gouse Jr. – Violinist
We began playing together in the winter of 1996 at the suggestion of a friend who knew of our musical talents as well as the difficulty of finding professional musicians to perform during church services, at wedding ceremonies and for other special events.
At very young ages, we started taking lessons and have been classically trained on our respective instruments.
Bill attended Ithaca College and earned a bachelor’s degree in Music Education with a focus on violin performance. He currently is the Orchestra Director at Winslow Township High School in Atco, NJ.
Valerie also attended Ithaca College and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication. She then went on to earn a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Marist College. Currently, she is a Communications and Writing Professor at Cumberland County College in Vineland, NJ.
